How to take your alter commission ?

Commissions will open on August 1rst 2025 at 6pm GMT+1 (France hour)
You will have to fill a Google formular. The link will be here when it will be active, not before or after.
No slots after January 2026 will be available. I block the commissions to have a shorter waiting time. I take all commission in order of arrival.
Forms will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- You will receive a quote between august 2 and 3 on the networks you have indicated. If you do not reply within 48 hours, your slot will be cancelled and reallocated to someone else on the waiting list.
- For easier contact, please send me a first message via Instagram, Facebook, X if you've never done it before. If I can't contact you, I'll try by email as a last resort.
- Card commission : I only accept 5 cards per commission maximum.
Information you will have to provide on this formular:
1- Name and picture of the card
2- Your location (country), name and instagram, Facebook or email adress to contact you for your project
3- The type of alteration you want (+ option if you want one)
4- If it's a fan art, I will need references pictures of what you expect, name of the character or manga ...
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
I love working on manga/animé, Disney, Ghibli, Pokémon, comics, cartoon, pet portraits...
BUT I don’t do: Gore/dark, NSFW, Realisme, 3D, video game references too close to realism (baldur's gate, elden ring, expedition 33... but if you have 2D references I'm open to it) send me a message with the reference before filling the formular if you are not sure. Don't wait until the D day for asking, I receive a ton of message and commission are full in 10-30 minutes, so I will not have the time to answer; and it will be to late when you will receive the information.
LOCATION:
🔸For European customers, you have to send me your card shortly
🔹For customers outside Europe (only), I can buy the card in order to avoid shipping costs between different continents. You will have to cover the cost of the card.
You will receive a message when I will have your card. If I don’t receive your card, your slot will be not blocked.
DEPOSIT:
For large projects such as fan art/original art, I will ask for a deposit accordingly to the project (50€/card) for cards over 200€. This deposit will be deducted from your final price.
If you cancel your order, this deposit will not be returned to you. It allows me to guarantee the serious customer a place in my commission as well as to avoid excessive cancellations and unpaid.
If your card has been banned , you have one month after the announcement to inform me that you wish to exchange your card or cancel the commission. This allows me to either buy another card for your project or offer your slot to someone on the waiting list.
If you contact me more than one month later, your deposit will not be returned.
PRICE INFORMATIONS:
Price can vary depending on the work you expected from me. The more the illustration needs details, The higher the price will be.
PAIEMENT:

Prices are in € = euro currency:
Don’t worry if you are in US$, AU$, £, (…) PayPal do the correct change by itself, you will only have to select the euro currency.
“We've already contacted you, check our Instagram/Facebook discussion”, will not be taken into consideration. The goal is to have all the information quickly and easily. You are really numerous to send me your form so if I have to search all my networks to reconstitute your request, I would not do it.
